Hello everybody,
I imagine you are having a blast working with your cartoons. I can't wait to see the results. Our second task of the week deals with the use of internet in our classes and the different skills. It is basically a webquest and consists of the following steps:
1. After you have been assigned a skill (this will happen today in class), get together with your partners and decide who is doing what. There are basically two roles:
Surfers: These people are in charge of looking for the websites that relate to the topic and choosing the best five. They are to pass the links with a brief description of the content to the developers.
Developers: These people are in charge of creating a 45-minute lesson using one of the five websites chose by the surfer. The lesson must include goals and a procedure on what students have to do keeping in mind pre-while and post stages.
2. Once each group of people have done their tasks, they have to get together and take a look at the final product. One of the members of the group will post the addresses of the websites in our blog by Friday May 23. And another one will send the lesson to:
